Every bonus, free spin offer and promotion at Fraserville Casino falls under these rules. Opting in means you accept them, so read them before claiming an offer.
1. General rules
Bonuses come in addition to your own cash. We track your real money balance and your bonus balance separately. You cannot withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met. Each promotion's own terms are shown with it in your account and apply together with this page.
2. Expiry
All bonuses and free spins have an expiry date, which is shown in your account at the moment you claim them. Anything left unused or unwagered by then is removed, together with any winnings still tied to it.
3. Wagering and how games count
Bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. You must place bets totalling 35 times the bonus before it turns into withdrawable cash.
Not every game counts the same:
- Slots: count toward wagering at the full rate.
- Table games, including blackjack and roulette: may contribute at a lower rate, or may not contribute.
- Live casino games: may contribute only partly, or may not contribute.
The contribution for any game is listed in the game info screen and in the promotion details. Check it before you bet with bonus funds.
4. One bonus at a time
Only a single bonus may run on your account at once. Before claiming another, finish its wagering, give it up or wait until it runs out.
5. Maximum bet during wagering
Until wagering is done, each round is capped at C$8. Exceed it and you risk losing the bonus and its winnings.
6. Opting in
Bonuses are never applied automatically. You pick one when depositing or through your account, and you are free to turn it down. Forfeiting a bonus is also possible from your account: doing so clears the bonus funds, along with winnings that remain tied to it, and your real money is left untouched.
7. Who can take part
Promotions are available to registered Fraserville Casino players who are at least 19, physically present in Canada and residing in an area whose local laws permit gambling. Before you can take part, our checks must establish your identity and confirm your location. Each person may claim the welcome offer just once, and the same one-time limit applies to each household, each device and each payment method. 8. Bonus abuse and voiding
We will cancel a bonus and the winnings linked to it if any of these apply:
- multiple accounts claiming one offer;
- low-risk play aimed at clearing wagering, such as betting on two opposite outcomes at once;
- bets above the C$8 limit;
- a payment method held by someone other than the account holder.
Where the case is serious, the account may also be closed under our Account Terms.
9. Maximum conversion
Withdrawable bonus winnings are capped at six times what you paid in on your opening deposit. Any amount above this limit disappears the moment the bonus converts to real money.

11. Changes
